Your supervisor fills in the diary on a phone. It reaches Workbench as a day sheet, the job's record for that day, with a PDF attached.

You see the cost on the job

Once your supervisor submits the diary, you have its plant use, meter readings and dockets as cost on the job. If your workers enter their own timesheets, the diary's hours are not added again.

Your crews report a fault once

Your crews see a fault is already logged against the machine. Your crews cannot finish a field job until its mandatory forms are done, and your office sees any job still outstanding.

Questions about Workbench and Upvise

Is Upvise the same as Workbench Go?

No. Upvise is a third-party platform that we sell and connect to Workbench. Workbench Go is Workbench's own app, launched in 2026. In the demo we show which suits your crews.

Do field crews need a Workbench licence?

No. A field user can hold an Upvise licence only.

Are hours ever counted twice?

No. The diary's hours are not added again when a worker enters their own timesheet.

Does the app work offline?

Yes, the Upvise phone app works offline.

Which phones does it run on?

Android and iPhone.

Can we add Upvise later?

Yes. You can switch it on any time, and Workbench runs without it.
