5. Customer's Obligations

5.1.   Customer will:
 
(a)     provide Workbench International with all necessary co-operation in relation to this Agreement, and all necessary access to such information as may be required by
Workbench International, so that Workbench International can provide the Services including but not limited to Customer Data, security access information and configuration services;
 
(b)     comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to its activities under this Agreement;
 
(c)     ensure it:
 
(i)         attends and completes Workbench International’s training sessions;
(ii)        delivers formal training to Licenced Users based on the data and procedures established at Workbench International’s training sessions;
(iii)       completes the onboarding checklist document (if applicable);
(iv)      compiles test and training data as required by Workbench International;
 
(d)    carry out all other Customer responsibilities set out in this Agreement in a timely and efficient manner. In the event of any delays in Customer's provision of such
assistance as agreed by the parties, Workbench International may adjust any agreed timetable or delivery schedule as reasonably necessary;
 
(e)     ensure that the Licenced Users use the Software and the Documentation in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and will be responsible for any
Licensed User’s breach of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
 
(f)     be responsible for all acts and omissions of the Licenced Users as if those acts and omissions are those of Customer. Customer will indemnify Workbench
International against all costs, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Licensed Users’ use of the Software;
 
(g)     ensure that its network and systems comply with the relevant specifications as may be specified by Workbench International from time to time; and
 
(h)     be solely responsible for procuring and maintaining its network connections and telecommunications links from its systems to Workbench International’s data
centres, and all problems, conditions, delays, delivery failures and all other loss or damage arising from or relating to Customer's network connections or telecommunications links or caused by the internet.
