Schedule 3 - Deployment Model Workbench Managed
The following terms and conditions apply to Software that is deployed under the Workbench International Managed model:
1. Backups - Workbench International will take appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of the Customer Data or
its accidental loss, destruction or damage and Workbench International will, as part of these measures, use reasonable endeavours to back-up Customer Data on a regular basis. Customer acknowledges that if there is any loss or damage to Customer Data, the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be for Workbench International to use reasonable commercial endeavours to restore the lost or damaged Customer Data from the latest back-up of such Customer Data maintained by Workbench International. Workbench International will not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of Customer Data caused by Customer or any third party.
2. Current Version The Current Version of the Software will be automatically deployed by Workbench International at such frequency as they deem appropriate
Documentation At the time of deploying the current Version of the Software the associated Release Notes will be provided for the Help Desk
