7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Workbench International and/or its licensors own all Intellectual Property Rights:
(a) In the Software, or created during the performance of, the Services; and
(b) in the Documentation.
7.2. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, this Agreement does not grant Customer any rights to, or in, the Intellectual Property Rights, or any other rights or
licences in respect of the Software, Services or the Documentation.
