Schedule 2 - Deployment Model Customer Managed

The following terms and conditions apply to Software that is Customer Managed:
 
1.       Customer IT Environment - Customer’s database server and workstations will be configured in accordance with the technical systems requirements as notified by
Workbench International and comply with Workbench International’s minimum requirements. Workbench International:
 
(a)        will identify any additional requirements needed to correctly install the Software in Customer’s environment prior to installation; and
(b)        may (at Customer’s election):
(i)         where a Microsoft SQL server is already installed, install the Workbench database on a Customer’s server;
(ii)        provide training to Customer’s technical support person to complete installation of the Software.
 
2.      Access to Customer Property - Customer will:
 
(a)        provide Workbench International with non-exclusive and reasonable access to its premises as reasonably required for the purpose of allowing Workbench
International to perform its obligations under this Agreement; and
(b)        ensure its database servers and workstations are configured in accordance with the technical systems requirements as notified by Workbench International
and comply with Workbench International’s minimum requirements.
 
3.      Patches, New Releases, New Versions - As part of the Helpdesk Services, Workbench International may provide:
 
(a)        access to patches, which generally focus on resolving issues with existing functionality or enhancing existing functionality if it is proving to be impractical; and
(b)        access to new releases and/or versions, which provide enhancements to existing functionality and new features.
 
These patches, new releases and/or versions to the Software are to be implemented by Customer, and current versions of the Software should always be deployed. Customer may request Workbench International to implement these patches, new releases and/or versions and Customer will pay Workbench International for the provision of such services.
 
4.       Backups - Customer will take appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of the Customer Data or its accidental
loss, destruction or damage and Customer will, as part of these measures, back-up Customer Data on a regular basis. Customer acknowledges that Workbench International is not responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of Customer Data whatever the cause. In particular current backups of the SQL database and any files relating to the Software are to be maintained by the Customer.
