4. Customer Data
4.1. Workbench International acknowledges and agrees that Customer will own all rights, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and will have sole
responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.
4.2. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Workbench International may use the Customer Data for the purpose of:
(a) performing Workbench International’s obligations under this Agreement;
(b) ensuring that the Licensed Users are complying with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
(c) improving or enhancing the Software (including by way of tutorials on how to use the Software);
(d) performing data analysis on system usage
provided that Workbench International complies with its confidentiality obligations under clause 8.
